Notice of Availability and Public Meeting
Valley Water has completed a Final Program EIR for the FAHCE Project, which is located in Santa Clara County. Notice of Availability has been posted at the State of California CEQAnet Web Portal.
The Final Program EIR has been posted at the above site on June 30, 2023. The document is also available for in-person review at the Valley Water headquarters located at: 5750 Almaden Expressway, San Jose, CA 95118.
A public meeting by the Valley Water Board of Directors (Board) for certification of the Final Program EIR is scheduled for August 8, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. For more information about the public hearing, please visit the Board meetings webpage. The Board meeting on the FAHCE Project will be held in-person at HQ. Bldg. Boardroom, 5700 Almaden Expressway, San Jose, CA 95118-3686. The Board meeting will also be available via the following Zoom meeting link: https://valleywater.zoom.us/j/84454515597
