Earlier this month, crews began emergency construction on Regnart Creek to help stabilize the creekside in preparation for the upcoming rainy season. Crews completed the work by placing large boulders along the creek banks and removing about a dozen hazardous trees that had the potential to fall unexpectedly. These improvements stabilized the creekside so stormwater could safely flow downstream and away from the surrounding neighborhood this winter. The work took place on a section of the creek that stretches from Bubb Road to the Union Pacific Railroad in Cupertino.
