Water Utility Enterprise Fund | Santa Clara Valley Water

The Santa Clara Valley Water District’s Water Utility Enterprise Fund manages and supplies wholesale treated water, groundwater, recycled water and surface water for the residents of Santa Clara County. The fund is a separate enterprise fund of the district that was established to account for the water utility transactions.
