Valley Water will construct improvements on approximately eight (8) miles of Upper Llagas Creek, from US 101 upstream to Llagas Road. Construction is anticipated to begin in September. The Phase 2B mailer is available with details about the work scheduled for each of the four reaches where construction will occur.
