Agricultural Water Rate Application

Valley Water offers an agricultural water rate for those users who can demonstrate that their primary water usage is for the commercial production of agricultural crops or livestock. 

To apply for the agricultural rate, download the application form below (San Jose Water Company customers must use the second form below).

Completed forms, along with necessary documentation of proof of agricultural usage, can be mailed to:
